1. How do I setup my online account?

We have already set up your online account, which you can easily access using the following links:

Log in to your account on the My Lineage App or website and you can easily track the following:

  • Personalized Updates
  • Order History
  • Payment History

You can update your shipping address and account information through the Account Info page of your My Lineage App or online account.

All of your order updates can now be viewed through your personal online account via our website www.mylineage.com and our free My Lineage app on both the AppStore and Google Play.

We send all updates to the email provided on your account. If you have not received any emails from us, they are perhaps being delivered to the wrong email folder or there may be a typo in the email address we were provided with.

We kindly ask you to contact us at info@mylineage.com or call us toll free at 1-800-868-9405 and we will happily assist you.

Yes, your digitized coat of arms will be uploaded to your online account for your review with a full explanation of all the symbols and colors.

All orders are shipped once the final payment has been processed and the shipping address verified.

We accept all cancellations in writing (email, fax, or sent through the U.S. Postal Service) as per our Cancellation Policy. Please notify us that you wish to cancel in writing, otherwise we will continue with your order.

If you pay in full now, due to the customization of both our research and our handcrafted products, the fastest we can produce your order is 8-10 weeks.

However, please note that we accept expedited order requests and will do our best to accommodate your needs.

In your personalized My Lineage account, you may view a sample picture of the package you ordered under the ‘My Orders’ page, which will give you an idea of how you can expect your package to look.

Since your order is custom made with your surname and information, we cannot show you an exact copy of the one you will be receiving. However, our product photos will give you a clear representation of your finished product.

Your coat of arms will be uploaded to your My Lineage account.

We will gladly look into your request and let you know if we can make it happen.

We will gladly resize your ring within 30 days of delivery. After the initial 30 days, you can still have your ring resized, however, it will be accompanied by a $30 fee plus shipping.

Your ring has a one-year warranty, after which it will not be covered for damages. Also, please note that any repair work done outside of our factory will void this warranty.

The technical use of the heraldic term crest refers to just one component of a complete achievement. The crest has evolved from the three-dimensional figure placed on the top of the helm as a further means of identification. The crest rests atop the helmet, which in turn rests on the most important part of the achievement: the shield. The crest is a common adjunct of the shield and consists of any object or objects placed above it. When shown above the shield, the crest normally arises out of a wreath made of twisted ribbons in the two principal tinctures of the shield. Crests do not always accompany the shield, as they are not a required addition.

Coats of arms were once used as a way of distinguishing one knight from another on a battlefield. Their elaborate design often includes a shield, crest, helmet, motto, etc.

Color Version

We offer interest-free payment plans as an option to pay your balance due. The amount due at checkout will be split into equal bi-monthly payments.

Your first payment is due at the time of purchase. Bi-weekly payments will then be automatically deducted from your card on the 1st and 15th day of each month. If the 1st or 15th falls on a weekend or holiday, the payment will be deducted on the preceding Friday.
