After filling out a consultation form on our website, you can then choose a convenient 30-minute timeslot. After making your selection, you will receive a confirmation email for your Google Meet call appointment.

2. Order Confirmation

During our consultation, we listen intently to what you want and work together to finalize your product selection. We provide expert guidance to ensure your chosen product aligns perfectly with your vision. You’ll also get access to your My Lineage account, where you can monitor the progress and maintain complete control over the customization process.

Our user-friendly My Lineage app was designed based on feedback from our customers to provide transparency and accessibility. It allows you to track your order’s progress, receive personalized updates, view your unique coat of arms, and connect with our friendly support team, all at your fingertips. With push notifications, we keep you informed for a seamless and convenient experience.

3. Professional Research

Our team of expert historians, with over 30 years of experience, conducts a thorough research process to uncover the historical details that make your family’s story unique. They dive into trusted and credible resources to research your family’s history, providing you with authentic and thoroughly researched family surname histories, coats of arms, and family crests.

Our library includes reference books relating to historical figures, passenger lists from old sailing ships, immigrant records, and many other reliable sources, all of which are used to compile research and collect information about the people throughout history who have carried your family name.

4. Custom Craftsmanship

Our skilled craftsmen then take over to handcraft your one-of-a-kind heirloom. Every embroidery is hand-stitched, and each piece of metalwork is custom-made to meet the highest standards of quality, creating that My Lineage difference. This phase ensures that your family heirloom is not just a product but a unique and exceptional piece of handcrafted history that can be proudly passed down from generation to generation.

5. Quality Control & Delivery

Before we mail your order out, it goes through a final quality inspection. This step is crucial in upholding our commitment to excellence, as we meticulously review every detail to ensure it meets our high standards and your expectations.
